This 2011 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival event is a great opportunity to sample four courses of modern Indigenous cuisine in a unique setting – the Yarra’s Sandridge Bridge.
The first course will be served at 1pm at the Red Stairs in Queensbridge Square, Southbank. The remaining three courses will be served across Sandridge Bridge (the Old Railway Bridge), which spans from Queensbridge Square to Flinders Walk.
Add music and entertainment and you have all the ingredients for a perfect autumn afternoon in Melbourne.
